In the nice small touches file: GRR has racks of free used books airside courtesy of a local Friends of the Library group. Mostly romances and B-grade thrillers, but I did pick up an interesting 'Brussels in pictures' book from the late 60s/ early 70s there.
There's a used book store at RDU as well. Enjoyed browsing there.
