my opinion...based on what I have read or seen. those i have flown are bolded.

DL~B6 suite~AA F > AA J~B6 paired seat > VX~UA

I don't fly a lot of transcon premium generally speaking, so my experiences are limited. in the case of AA F and VX J i've only flown them once. UA and DL, several times each.
