I'm also no huge fan of the JetBlue airbag in the seat cushion. The idea is great (set the firmness to your specification). However, on one of my two flights with them the airbag was malfunctioning meaning it had no air in it. I felt like I was sitting directly on two metal bars. They provided me with a blanket that helped.

I guess I don't love the airbag cushion feeling, it feels less solid than a real cushion. But I do generally like the Mint seats.
