Like Flatlander, my travel is booked centrally through a couple of different agents (one internal, one external). The external one is great. The internal one, mmmm, not so much.

TPs are a bit of a lottery. Short haul nowadays I often find my flights end up with reduced TPs as the flight / ticket opted for may be a heavily discounted one (we don't fly biz on short haul).

However this has been more than offset by a couple of happy accident flights in F on long haul (where there seemed to be an F seat available on my flight for less than J).

So net net I think I am comfortably ahead. but I don't get much leeway over and above any reasonable, business related constraints I might place on flight times.
