I agree that they have kept their (award) reservations process shady. First was the disappearance of all standard rooms, then it came back briefly and now all standard rooms redemption amount doubled. And all these before they even had a single guest actually staying with them. Whoever the GM is, your pre-opening act is priceless..
These tactics seem to align with the reviews of this property before the rebrand (so i'm assuming the owner of the property is the same).
