I've recently been in touch with the BA Duty Office whilst in Muscat.

I was impressed by the fact that 1) the Al-Waha told BA Holidays of my concern post check-in and 2) BA Holidays as a result had emailed me to ask further.

I dealt with three people at BA regarding the same topic, but all on the same email address. What they could not do however (despite saying they wanted to resolve the issue via telephone) is call me in the time frame I'd given them when I'd ensure I'd have my phone with me by the pool. To annoy me further I answered a PPI call during that time frame during which BA Holidays didn't call me. Grrr...
