I had an issue with the hotel booked as flight+hotel in March. I raised it with the hotel but as the feature listed on the BA website as being available actually wasn't I then rang the BA Holidays duty office number to raise it with them.
They offered a change of hotel, which in the particular circumstances wasn't suitable, and in the end we agreed on a partial refund (which came very quickly) and a credit towards a future booking as a gesture of goodwill.
