What use is a full refund? Case in point: you paid $800 for a business flight and they give you a full refund, the flight on a competing airline now costs $1400 as it is last minute. This is an absolute copout. I mean, if they offer a downgrade plus comp I would probably be happy, although somewhat annoying having taken the detour from Christchurch.
