How to make a complaint about a hotel booked as part of a BA Holiday?
Hi all, as per the title, does anyone know how to make a complaint to BA about a hotel booked as part of a BA Holiday?
I have seen the link below, but this looks more like complaints for flights, as opposed to a hotel:

Also, I have photo evidence which I am keen to submit as part of the complaint. If the above link should be used to make a complaint about the hotel, the link suggests I can't submit these photos as part of the complaint.
Can anyone suggest the best way to proceed with the complaint to BA, which also allows me to submit the photos?
