I used them a few months back, my ticket was with (what I now know to be) a low-quality airline.

Vayama was responsive, they helped. Would use them again.

Having said that, they are still second tier - not an Expedia or Priceline.

Researching online, there does seem to be negative feedback for the company but it appears that it is largely with customers being unaware of the large penalties associated with the discounted tickets.

In any case, has anyone had recent experiences with them, and have they improved? They now have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), which to me seems like they are being more responsible with regard to disclosures of their terms and conditions, the level of customer service, and overall trustworthiness.

I would love to hear feedback on this company particularly from those who have had a recent experience.

Thanks in advance.
