So... last minute change of plans. I was going to stay at the Vienna Hilton Plaza but considering that Ive been downgraded to Silver in HHonors, there is zero chance for upgrade over at my favorite Wiener hotel.... hence, I will just go ahead and do the 'palace' experience. Im thinking that if I pay a nice internet rate (ie. not the cheapest I can find, my Platinum Status should get me a nice kick rear Suite... ).

Some questions:

Im getting the following types of rooms on the spg website:

- deluxe room
- junior suite
- executive junior suite

Now, the thing is that I can get junior suites for less than a deluxe room..... not because its the cheapest room available, but browsing through all the rates, the descriptions vary. OK, sometimes its the rack rate, but still, the info. is a little confusing.

Ive heard that the standard rooms are small, is this the case?

Also, is butler service only offered to some rooms...? I cant recall if this is a standard perk for all Luxury Collection properties or not.

Finally, does this hotel have an Executive Floor...? Is this extra perk (if available) worth it...?
