I'm so confused by the eligible rates. I booked to stay in New York through my corporate travel service who books through SPG. Despite them putting in my SPG number the stay is not showing up on my account. I then contacted my platinum concierge, and she was less than helpful. I asked her if I would get credit for this stay and all she wrote back was:

"Since Design Hotels have limited SPG participation, I am unable to view your reservation.

I regret I am unable to confirm this is an eligible stay."
