I will doing HKG to LAX in J followed by LAX to ORD in domestic F, with a 7 hour layover in LAX. Please help me out as I haven't flown AA as far as I can remember...

1) Do I have access to any OW business class lounge based on my itin? (including AC lounges and the OW TBIT lounge)
2) With 7 hours, do I have enough time to have a nice dinner outside of the airport? (assuming I need to recheck my luggage first, then exit)
3) If so, is it possible to access a (arrival?) lounge for a shower before heading out of the airport?
