So here's a question. Sitting at gate EWR/C103, and looking out the window, the Tug, maintenance truck and baggage loader are all labeled "ETOPS Crew"... what's the difference between ETOPS and non-ETOPS GSE? Last I checked, nobody goes swimming if the baggage belt stops working. :-)
