I think T02S means a bus arrival gate which is good news if you are connecting to F as you will be picked up by a limo and driven to the FCL (or to a special door which is close to the FCL and the driver will escort you to the lounge). Once in the FCL you can go through passport control within the lounge and leave the FCL upstairs on the non-Schengen level. Flights to EWR appear to depart from H gates which are in the main T2 terminal. One and a half hour should give you some time to spend in the FCL.
