Well, that "nook" is the Executive level special benefit. Completely misleading.
I spoke with the front desk and the guy said that it's what's been "negotiated".
This hotel is ideal for non-elite guests on leisure trips. Not for business travelers and not for Marriott elites.
I would agree with your last statement.
