I know Lyft now allows you to call the driver and say something specific like "I'm in arrivals, just in front of the shuttlebus stand" but is it pretty easy? thanks!
Lyft allows you to choose the exact door where you want to be picked-up. Just head to arrivals level, checked bags or no, and open the app. It will guide you from there. Very easy.
