I guess we have to compare terminals at four airports (JFK, LAX, SFO, EWR).

At JFK, Jetblue is competitive due to Terminal 5 - no real lounge, though
AA and DL both seem to do well at JFK as well

EWR is EWR

I've only really seen AA at LAX

Terminal 2 is beautiful at SFO, AA benefits here
