I'm MVP Gold and also 5 min from SJC.

My upgrade chances are much higher in a 16 seat F cabin vs 12 seats to SEA/PDX. 100% on E175 SJC to BUR and SAN.

My flying is not mostly AS. Actually a lot on partners internationally. I love the RDM bonus and the occasional upgrade for the short hops along the west coast for weekend breaks, etc.
