FYI, one can see daily, not average, room price in Reservation Price Summary\View Price Details at any time after the booking is made. It opens a calendar view 'overlay popup' (you have to scroll back up, usual poor IHG IT) which displays the price of every individual night in the booking. This feature has been available for some years.
Yup - and on my booking, they've changed it to the higher rate for all three nights. I did try to make a new booking and have a screen shot offering the correct rates (same as I had booked) - so, not sure why they needed to modify my reservation to the same, higher rate for all three nights.
It's been a few days and still no response/resolution from IHG or the hotel directly.
