Yup - I know I have no recourse against Delta, and I totally get why they made the policy. Just actually experiencing it, it just seems weird to loyal members. Oh well... Delta still gives me an incredible comp upgrade rate out of NYC (primarily LGA) and is mainly on time. I'll still have to stick with them
