We are flying LHR-LAX and back next Easter in F and A380 is currently planned for that route.

We're in 1A and 1K both ways but wondering whether to choose different seats for the outbound...

The inbound is a 21:30ish departure and we're likely to be asleep for a good part of it so think we'll stay where we are.

The outbound however is 15:15 so we thought it might be nice to dine together and be able to have the odd conversation without having to shout across the aisle !!

So contemplating 2E / 2F LHR-LAX and 1A / 1K LAX-LHR.

Does that sound about right ?
