Booking child and adult ticket separately
We are planning a trip to Europe that will be booked using AS miles going DFW-PHL-Europe on AA. While in PHL we will give our then 4 year old to my parents. Is there anyway AA would book a DFW-PHL award ticket alone for a 4 year old with adults in the same flight?
