I am currently working on an article for a well-known travel site regarding this issue (along with the newfound LX issue...which I have a personal stake in since I transferred 165k worth of MR and SPG points a few weeks ago only to see another IT issue come up). I'm tired of these "IT issues" continuing for weeks, months or even years with no resolution, so I'm going to call them out. Who knows if it will do any good...
