For 20,000 points, I would rather trek across to JB and get 2 nights at the Doubletree. It is full service and has a lounge. I will unlikely be patronising this HGI on points. That said, DT-JB used to be 5,000 points per night. OOOOOhhh. I believe I redeemed over 20 nights there (DT-JB) at that rate. Even when it rose to 10,000 points, I had 20 different nights there too.

As I have said... 20,000 for HGI-SIN, I would rather pay SGD 300 in cash than spend ~USD 200 worth of points for a redemption. To put it another way, SGD 300 could get me a night in Conrad or Hilton (Singapore).
