Alaska flight diverted to SLE (Salem, OR)
Were there any lucky FTers on the LAX-PDX flight that diverted to SLE last night? If so, maybe you'll get an extra 500 EQM for the SLE-PDX segment PDX-area weather was rather crazy yesterday with rain, hail (lots), and thunderstorms.

I don't recall SLE ever being used as a diversion airport for commercial flights so this may be the first time an AS 737 has ever landed/taken-off from SLE. I know DL tried and failed with SLE-SLC service a few years ago and even more years ago, QX operated the Metro III at least once or twice a day between PDX and SLE.
