Can copy this - I have seen no improvement - more deterioration actually as the 2F1 reserved area is indeed gone. This week I was accompanied "around the lounge" to hunt for space; nice guesture but no real help. I recall that I told here already that about 3 weeks ago after my inquiry they told me that the lounge was too busy to keep a reserved area - a logic which hurts in my brain to follow.

As well the KL app used by the flight crew is still not in order (despite them internally thinking it is), which at times makes it impossible for the crew to actually recognize you on board. Same goes for the Crown lounges at SPL - the CDG lounges feel in comparison very personalized and friendly.

At a chat with my PA she actually concluded that this year still feels like the real testing phase, something they (& we) hoped was done during last year's run with the "Personal Assistant" period. And testing live on one's best customer group is a subject on it's own.

As the status is valid for two years I feel like suggesting that the year 2019 should be added on top, regardless if one re-qualifies to 'compensate' for that.

Regarding the upgrades there is actually a reversed logic embedded in it: always paying for sitting in front of the cabin (J/F) I will actually never be upgraded, turning a potenial upgrade of ULTIS (other then for ops reasons - hence Goldorak's question, I recon) into a punishment/disappointment for me. As such I am much more in favour of vouchers (see earlier post) which makes such a benefit documented.

Ok, getting my bags ready for next weeks churns!
