Possible upgrades and 50% bonus make MVP feel worthwhile, but probably only going to get half way there. Anybody with an estimate upgrade chance between SJC and SEA?

Mileage run advice from SJC? I'm struggling looking at AS vs Virgin routes. Would love to have a day or four in NY or Chicago.

Also looking for advice re: churning the AS credit card. Opened the personal late last year. Do I just open a second? Or the business?
