I'd imagine it was either LGA, PHL, or CHO. All of which have train service from DC. (LGA in manhattan of course).

UAX ops at IAD are notoriously a CF for many reasons. Agents are (at least last time I heard) outsourced and the prop planes to/from IAD are constantly late. If they're truly putting effort into better CS and accommodation there we should be happy!
