On my side this week Ultimate membership provided :
- J to P upgrade for me and my business partner flying with me
- PVG assistance to go through passport gates
- Quicker diner service in J on the way back
I have the impression travel assistant where given direction to increase benefits.
On the other side no assistance for passport in CDG but my flight arrived before 6am = no zoo !
