You will have access since you're in three-class F on a transcontinental flight. The oneworld lounge access rules page here comfirms it. Just scroll to the bottom of the page and see exception #1 :

"...customers travelling in First or Business class on U.S. transcontinental flights between JFK-LAX, JFK-SFO and MIA-LAX (and vice-versa) are eligible for lounge access."

I have accessed the QF F Lounge before on a domestic transcontinental flight while flying in F. Status will not help you if you're flying in Y on a transcon and want to use oneworld lounges, but a ticket in J or F will permit you to use the OW J or F lounges, respectively.
