Secondly AC is the only north American airline that has an brand within a brand that is operating a discount tour service with a distinct level of service. Oddly I find inflight service with Rouge great, the hard product in economy is the problem.

I would put AC on par with Alaska and Delta. United and American last. There are some weird US airlines like Southwest and Sprint that because of the routes they operate and how they sell there tickets I never get booked on.
