i think so given F treatment currently for that flight but haven't seen it explicitly.
3 class 77W LAX-MIA is treated the same as JFK/SFO - LAX routes. J non-status passengers won't get access to the flagship lounge until the renovations are complete - it's currently an International First Class lounge. Upon completion and reopening as a flagship lounge OWS / J passengers will get access. You should be able to access the AC or OW Business lounge in the Bradley terminal as a J passenger on these flights, however.
