You will pass thru Immigration in Munich, which should not take any of your time at all. They just look at your passport to see if you violated any visa rules or overstayed. If your number comes up or you look funky, they will take a scan of your passport and check you name in a database, all of which doesn't take more than 90 seconds.

Customs in Europe are not interested in you when you leave the EU. No counters, no checks.
