If your FF# is connected to it, Yes. I have had my company buy airline tickets for me, they did put my FF# in it. It will show up on my account without any work and I get my benefits.

If your FF# is not on it, I believe you will have to call to get it on, I'm not sure if you can do that online. Someone else can chime on that.
