Employees are still allowed to purchase SkyClub passes, but they aren't allowed to be in uniform. Could you possibly be seeing crews from a NetJets or similar group? I've seen and talked to a few "in-uniform" crews wondering where they were going and a bit envious of being able to get on a brand new Global Express.
