I wouldn't think that a lavatory stall would be a comfortable place to take a break. Also, DL staff who are working or in uniform and who aren't working in the SC normally aren't supposed to enter SCs with few exceptions, such as if they are escorting a handicapped customer into a SC. They're certainly not allowed to go to a SC for their breaks, whether or not they then hide in bathroom stalls.
