If you were a through passenger to SYD, you would get free BOB. It's shown on the BP as PR07 or something similar. It would also show on the PIL, but FAs don't always check.
I make a point during my briefings (as most of us do) to extend BOB to PR07/LT07 status Customers. A copy of the PIL is sent to "Y" to ensure that BOB is extended accordingly.
