Does anyone know since when do BA stop tagging other OW members bag priority bag?

And.... More importantly.... Why is this allowed? Will there be a network-wide pulling of priority bag handling then??

When priority baggage was added as a OW benefit in 2014 or so, BA was excluded at that time.
