Excess Baggage with AS to AA Connection??
I am flying First Class from ANC to SEA on AS connecting to AA from SEA to DFW. I have one paper ticket for both flights so I can check my luggage all the way through, but I need to check 4 bags.
As this is over the limit, will Alaska only charge an excess fee on the two bags and check them to AA, or will they make me claim them at SEA in order to re-check them with AA and pay their fee as well?
