Actually CIV is the acronym used by BA, at CX it is called ACV (someone posted it on another popular aviation forum some time ago, but it seems that the post has been deleted. It was a light hearted one and if my memory was correct, it was the pax profile for one of our 'regulars' on this forum. But I can't recall completely!).
