Done it, especially when I take BART in - much quicker to just check and clear TSA at INTL.

However, during the afternoon, I have been asked before entering the line for check-in where I am going, and seeing them turn away domestic passengers... I'm guessing that means, during peak times, they want only Int'l pax. Or could have been a one off.
