I don't know how it works for the Canadian Plat card but right now the US Plat card has 4th night free offers for Bellagio, MO, Palazzo, and Wynn for various portions of the summer.
Not FHR, but I recently got an email from the MO promoting a 3rd night free offer over the summer to the general public:

And of course, deals direct through the casinos can sometimes be cheaper than FHR, even accounting for the FHR benefits and when FHR is offering a free night.
