Kind of surprising that since this is officially two separate properties, and the Duniway is more of a boutique property, that they didn't transition it to a Curio Collection hotel. Granted, a new build Curio Collection hotel is being build in Portland, but just figured The Duniway would make more sense as a Curio property.
