Reserving Elemis Spa at LHR T5

Hi,

I'm flying DUB-LHR-TLV in WT+ and being BAEC Gold I've reached out to "British Airways You First" to try and reserve the free 15min treatment.

The response I got was:

Pre-booking treatments for Elemis travel spa, can only be utilised by passengers travelling in First class on British Airways. For passengers travelling in Club World, these services cannot be pre-booked and will be on a 'first come first served' basis on the day of travel.

Please accept our apologies for any disappointment.

I've reached back and mentioned that I'm not CW but rather Gold but have gotten no reply or clarification if CW equals Gold in that regard.

Can anyone provide feedback based on experience on this one?
