Since there are now two pages of comments and not a single answer to your question, I will answer it. I don't know of any insurance companies that will give you miles for being insured with them. However, if you want to pay with a credit card to earn miles just like any other purchase, check out your company of choices' website. But you already knew that, so the answer to your questions as far as all the posters know is No.
