But my real issue: I had a rebooking to be sorted out and I was advised that from now on the Concorde Room attendants can not do any more re-bookings or any ticketing issues (which they where always happy to assist with in the past). Therefore if you are on a waitlist for an earlier flight this can not be handled anymore by the CR staff, but you need to roll upstairs to the ticket desk (where around ten people waited in line when I arrived) to get your ticket validated and the new BP issued.
The race to the bottom continues at all levels.
