Due to the First Wing they have now "enhanced" away the side entrance upstairs, so access only through the Lounge Wing. I don't have an issue with this really, as the First Wing access is great, but for some people the side entrance always had a bit of magic.
But my real issue: I had a rebooking to be sorted out and I was advised that from now on the Concorde Room attendants can not do any more re-bookings or any ticketing issues (which they where always happy to assist with in the past). Therefore; if you are on a waitlist for an earlier flight this can not be handled anymore by the CR staff, but you need to roll upstairs to the ticket desk (where around ten people waited in line when I arrived) to get your ticket validated and the new BP issued.
The race to the bottom continues at all levels.
