Thanks laagima. I just call it like I see it. The temporary LAX FL is an embarrassment but everything else AA did that day was pretty darn good and I did give major kudos to AA for the excellent LAX-LHR flight. While I've had a string of bad luck with BA, even my last BA First flight from LHR-SAN was good.
