Hi,

I am currently at YVR trying to drop my bags for LHR, but they won't let me. I didn't know that there was a maximum bag drop time. Did anyone know this?

Also when I asked when can I come back, each agent gave me a different answer, so I guess it isn't written in stone? If so, why not let us check our bags in?
